We collect names and email addresses for account creation. For learners, we only collect information necessary for the educational experience.
Lumama Coding does not store credit card or M-PESA PIN information. All payments are processed securely through Paystack, our third-party payment gateway. Your payment data is encrypted and handled according to PCI-DSS standards.
Parents have the right to request the deletion of their child's account and data at any time by contacting support@lumama.com.
